What User likes about Quan Chay Hoa:
this place is amazing! it is run by a middle old lady and there is no menu. I tried. the noodles in cao lâc were used before marinated and full of aromes; while the phô I had the best I had in my life, the broth was very clear and savory sweet, it also serves some green papayas that is perfect for the phô.
