This is the best restaurant I have dined at in Vietnam. The tasting menu priced at two or three euros is simply spectacular.

El restaurante Dac San está situado en pleno centro de Hoi An. Es un restaurante sencillo, pero que preparar muy bien sus especialidades, entre las que se encuentran el Banh Bao, en Banh Vac, el Cao Lau, los Wanton fritos y los rollitos de primavera. Tienen un menú degustación muy interesante para conseguir una primera idea de la cocina de Hoi An en el primer día de estancia en la ciudad. Una cena con el menú degustación puede salir por unos 75.000 Dóngs que son unos 3 €. Nota: Los precios son de mayo del 2009.
