Nudelladen - Hohwacht

This accommodation is a gnade for the hospitable! we have found a completely dirty room: the windows have not been cleaned for years, that was quite obvious! in the corner thick spinnesters that have probably nested there for years. the bathroom dirty, the toilet that we have disinfected, easy to use. shower and wash basin had a furry coat, clearly recognizable: also here was not cleaned! in the tiny store kitchen we found the crowned, glasses cutely used in the regal without washing off. disgusting! pots were dirty, there was no pan! the heart was disgusting dirty, on the window benches and a thick dust layer. the floors were not cleaned. w lan was not available although it was praised on the homepage. during our 11-day stay neither bed linen nor towels have been changed, even this is a happy! in the restaurant the same unhygienic conditions: dirty glasses and cutlery, dead insects at the ceilings, especially in winter garden. the fat calder from chefin jumps not only on tables where the guests are served, but also on the beer dishes and the work areas in the kitchen we have seen it several times! the speciality of this hotel reacts to critique ignorant, arrogant and confiscated in the tone, is insulting, instead of creating cures. who has doubt, we can prove everything on the basis of photos, these things are shocking!

The noodles were a pure pampe. The Sosse tasteless and mild. Large kitchen ready food of the lowest category tastes better.

We had ordered 3 different dishes. Unfortunately the spaghetti were not al dente, cooked too soft and the basic sauce was the same for all three foods. Tomato sauce had nothing to do, it looked rather glibbery after admixing of a finished pamp, all only with e.g. shrimps, etc. At the ordered Bolognese, minced meat floats instead of shrimp. The Spirelli noodles were not so soft, a little better. We're more often in Hohwacht, but we wouldn't be eating there anymore. In a Nudelladen you can expect top noodles and a delicious sauce, with crisp vegetables and fried shrimps etc.

Wir waren heute spontan da und haben uns in der Tat vom Namen leiten lassen. Angeblich soll es sich bei den Nudeln um selbstgemachte frische Nudeln handeln, aber geschmacklich waren diese wirklich ganz anders wie selbstgemachte. Auch die Soßen schmeckten zu industriell und waren bestimmt nicht frisch hergestellt. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war sehr kurz, zu kurz! Das deutet für mich auf bereits fertige Produkte hin.

Vi åt schnitzel som var helt ok. Servicen var snabbare än snabb. Vi fick in maten medan vi fortfarande hade det mesta av fördrinken kvar och hann varken dricka upp fördrinken eller beställa ner dricka till maten.Ingen kulinarisk superupplevelse, men helt ok. Trevligt med huskatten som knallade runt och hälsade på gästerna och gärna hoppade upp och lade sig till rätta på borden. Vi gillar katter och hade inga problem med det.
