I thank you very much and positively, Mrs von Repepcion. Everything was great. Hotel is located on the wonderful banks of Elbe. Sweat everywhere, like in the Maerchen. Our double room was very nice and romantic with a rich bite to the Elbe. Hoteatmosphere, furnishings, food, everything was great. I like to review this hotel with 5 stars and the next year again. Beautiful location at the river and extremely friendly service. The beverage menu is also great, so highly recommended for stopping by for a drink. The food, by contrast, was just OK. Generic standard dishes such as fillet of pork with mushroom cream sauce and croquettes (only specialty was Solyanka soup). At 31. March 2018 we visited the Waldschänke restaurant. We were a larger group with dogs and had signed up for drinking coffee. The service staff had specially prepared the fireplace room for us and covered a beautiful coffee table. The cake was very delicious and the service was friendly and fast. Overall, it was a beautiful afternoon that we would like to repeat. Thanks to the service team and the staff of the Waldschänke restaurant for this beautiful day. Our wedding celebration in small business took place on 05.09.2015 in the fireplace hall of the Waldschänke. Remarkable staff, delicious food and the beautiful rustic ambience gave our marriage a super beautiful environment. All guests gave us a positive feedback and felt very comfortable. We had two great days in the Waldschänke. Super rooms, very good food and a beautiful view of the Elbe. You can explore the waterway on foot or by bike very well. An excursion to the Magdeburg centre by bicycle (about 14 km) is also not a problem. We borrowed the bikes in the forest.
