I mean, it's been a while since the pony stick was delivered to the table, the portion was way too small. When something was said about this, there was no consequence. It's too bad the potential is there, but ignoring your client and discussing that all steaks are 230gr, well mine didn't even get anywhere near that, the others in company had a more significant portion. Now this may happen, but customer isn't always king. Apologies and possibly a coffee from the case had done wonders.
