T... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to its poor location and the food quality. The tomatoes were not fresh, and the tuna had an off taste. They really need to improve by serving fresh ingredients consistently! I even suggested that they focus on providing fresh food.

The cleanliness was subpar, even compared to underground gas station restrooms. The chefs didn’t wear hair nets, and the vegetables seemed to be frozen. Additionally, the bathrooms were in a terrible state (please see the attached photos). They don't accept any goods, and I honestly didn't feel safe eating here. Given its location in South Barrington, I expected much better, but it’s shocking how this franchise allows such conditions to persist. As for vegetarian options, they only offered frozen vegetables.
