I'm not used to getting undercooked meat from a Greek restaurant. I was even more surprised. The biftect was juicy and not cooked through, the liver was roasted on the grill and not tough like shoe sole. The gyro was ok. I have a little tip. Please use a plate warmer. Unfortunately my plate was very cold and that wasn't good for the gyros. I also thought it was great that not everything was lost in quantities of Knofi. Thanks for the delicious food.
