Meinels Bas - Hof

This Beer garden has excellent atmosphere, the food is served hot and in big portions, very tasty, the beer is good but could be colder. The staff are very energetic and would definitively visit again!

Went with the family on a Tuesday evening as we spent the night i Hof and the receptionist recommended it as typical German. That's probably true - and the place had a lot of local guests. Food was okay - nothing more. We all had wienerschnitzel with french fries and very boring vegetables. Expected a bit more ... And are not coming back.

Meinels Bas is THE place to eat in Hof ! The food is typical German, there is a big garten where you can enjoy drinking beer and eat in sommer :) ! The waitress and chefs are very friendly and easy going ! The beer is very good ! I RECOMMAND THIS PLACE ! I have some many good memories over here :) !

The Meinel's Bas is a very traditional restaurant in Hof. When ever we visit Hof we try to fit a visit to the Meinel's Bas in especially when the weather is nice and one can sit in the beer garden with fresh beer from the keg and Hofer Bratwuerst.

Super friendly staff and just awesome food! I can only recommend warmth! Also very child-friendly and dog-friendly!!!!
