That's probably true - and the plac... read more Went with the family on a Tuesday evening as we spent the night i Hof and the receptionist recommended it as typical German. That's probably true - and the place had a lot of local guests. Food was okay - nothing more. We all had wienerschnitzel with french fries and very boring vegetables. Expected a bit more ... And are not coming back.

The waitress and chefs are very friendly and easy going ! The beer is very good ! I RECOMMAND THIS PLACE ! I have some many good memories over here :) !

Main... read more Ethnic restaurant where the the locals go to. As starter I had a Salmon-Horseradish-Soup what was absolutely brilliant. Never had such a good salmon soup. Main dish was “Schaeuferle” what is a pork knuckle with Sauerkraut and potatoes. Again very good. Really big portion. Price absolutely unbeatable. Friendly and attentive staff.

I had been inside the restaurant and it’s a typical old Bavarian style. Very nice place with great food and beer, typical German restaurant from Bavaria. All the food that we had was great. The prices are very good for what you eat and drink.
