Ready quickly, mediocre taste no kitchen cr... read more We were there with 6 people and were ultimately very disappointed. The tapas were mainly frozen or convenience food. Ready quickly, mediocre taste no kitchen craftsmanship. There's nothing Spanish about it... Some of us had ordered paella (among us a restaurant manager of a restaurant with more than 350 seats therefore an expert in culinary, a hobby cook who has been recognized for cooking well in Spanish and Portuguese for many years, a Spanish woman who is familiar with Spanish food grew up and knows what she's talking about). The paella consisted of rice floating on a layer of water, ingredients, some of which were stirred in from the frozen food just before serving or sprinkled on top, and shrimp, which all paella eaters described as slimy and bitter. We complained about this to the boss, who praised his paella with a lot of words and (without knowing who he had as guests) said loudly and clearly that we had no idea about paella!!! This “restaurant” actually deserves 0 stars because of the way in which legitimate complaints are handled and how the boss behaved in front of us guests, but the location is nice and the kitchen is also reasonably capable of providing TK and convenience Ready to prepare products. We then (justifiably) didn't have to pay for the paella we complained about and returned.
