Unfortunately, the food is not convincing. The spaghetti with shrimp was undercooked and the tomato sauce was very poor. The pizza was disappointing across the board. The base was dry and salty, the cheese tasteless. The large salad was poor for 10 euros, the dressing was not Italian. The service was nice, but very forgetful. the food not at the same time. This quite large place was formerly called Waldschänke and was of increasingly poor quality. It's good that the encircled Ilario moved to stations in Aschaffenburg and Waldaschaff. There is no great theatre, but neat Italian cuisine with a focus on pizza and pasta. We were able to convince ourselves of this and on 06.01.2017. At first, the service was not excessively friendly, but then deaf. The interior ambience is quite beautiful, but not stunning. Strong plus point: large covered outdoor area, located directly on the forest. Overall, therefore, if you do not have too high demands.

Nice place, located in a very pleasant setting, the restaurant is very well furnished, clean and tidy, the prices are excellent and the food is packaged professionally, deserves five stars!
