Our kids were tired of sitting still and we still had a long drive ahead so we wanted to find some take-away food to eat in a park with a playground. We found this food cart through google and they recommended the perfect Park about 5 min drive away. The only downside to our plan was the food is made fresh to order, which means it took about 20 min. Very good food. We asked for it mild and ordered mild dishes for the kids so I’m not sure how hot they generally make the food. It was perfect for our needs. And the people working were very friendly. Highly recommend!

The spring rolls tasted fine, but were served in a bag and there was a puddle of oil at the bottom of the bag. The pad thai tasted burnt and also did not resemble a real pad thai in appearance. Reminiscent of the taste of old frying oil. Fried rice was made from overcooked rice, it was all very sticky and chewy. Not a standard to be expected when you pay NOK 500 for 3 simple dishes.

But the dish is already cooked by themselves. At first glance, it looks like an average budget restaurant. But these are only appearances derived from a typically Thai approach to appearance and aesthetics.
