Le Sorgho Rouge - Hoei

This Asian restaurant may be a bit pricier compared to others, but the food is delicious and well-prepared. I didn't visit on a busy Saturday, but we were served promptly. It is likely one of the top restaurants in the Hut region (along with Liu in Amay).

We visited this restaurant on Saturday in February, after hearing positive feedback about it. We made a reservation but upon arriving, we were greeted with minimal acknowledgment and a rushed attitude. We ordered appetizers and waited a long time before finally receiving our dishes. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the wait, the manager apologized and explained that the kitchen was understaffed due to the weekend rush. We were offered tea and coffee as compensation, but it didn't make up for the delay. The food was mediocre at best, especially since we are fans of Asian cuisine. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant on a weekend as there are better options available.

Already several times in this restaurant and always very happy we have already taken advantage of the dishes to take away, ... same observation. I can't believe it.

We adore this restaurant for its charming atmosphere and delicious food at a reasonable price. We visit regularly.

What disappointment, in our memory the red shorgo was a refined Asian restaurant above the average....a few years ago last Saturday: reception more than average, room staff incompetent, very long wait, waiter who asks you again what you ordered, forget the wine.
