This could be a case of a simple misunderstanding, but then a very unfriendly lady finally brought the correct dish and virtually dropped it in front of me, murmuring something like you do not have to pay for this and steamed away.There are several better places to eat at Hoedspruit.

We could not find any open restaurants between Hoedspruit and Swadini. Eventually we arrived in Hoedspruit after 2pm and saw Jackals and Wolf Restaurant. What a pleasant surprise. The chef was willing to serve from the a la carte menu and has done this to perfection. Thumbs up to Isabel and her team. Highly recommended.
