The manager at this restaurant was incredibly unprofessional and ignorant when dealing with a customer. As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of greeting customers and not being rude as if you hate your job. Additionally, the manager had extremely dirty hands, which is unacceptable for someone serving food, especially ice cream. I am shocked that this place is able to stay in business and I will not be returning. It is disheartening to see people continue to support such a disgraceful establishment.

The staff at this restaurant was very impolite and did not provide a receipt when asked. They handed me a hot chocolate through the drive-thru window, but it was leaking from the bottom of the cup. When I went back inside to address the issue, the lady working there was exceptionally rude and did not offer an apology.

This was another disappointing experience. I found out they made COKE floats (disgusting) and asked if they could make a root beer float instead. They said yes, but when we received the drink in the drive-thru, it turned out to be a COKE float. It's unbelievable how this restaurant is still operating, as every visit seems to end in a disaster.

Every single time ive been here theyve gotten the order wrong. Every. Time. We are leaving once again with the wrong order bc the manager is unprofessional and im sick of the horrible service.

This place is terrible. Doors locked and only the drive thru is open. They can't tell you what ice cream they have. Wasted 30 mins in the drive thru to get a couple of donuts when we really wanted ice cream. They don't hand pack quarts either, so don't bother asking. My recommendation is to go elsewhere.
