Awesome Cafe - Hodgenville

I visited this restaurant for the first time recently and ordered a sandwich. On the positive side, the food was fresh, crispy, and served hot. The tenderloin was large and thin, similar to a Wiener Schnitzel. However, I felt the tenderloin could have used more seasoning, as it was a bit bland. Overall, I would definitely return to try more items from the menu. I really appreciate supporting small businesses and hope they succeed.

I ordered the incredible Abe burger, which was exceptionally fresh and delicious—one of the best I've ever had. Since we had a bit of a journey ahead of us, we decided to take some apple cake to go. When we finally got to our hotel and tasted the cake, it was absolutely worth the wait! The apples were perfectly crunchy, and the homemade crust was outstanding—truly top-notch! The staff here was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. Overall, it’s a fantastic restaurant! I can't say enough good things about the people and the amazing food!

We stopped for lunch on our way back from a family vacation, and we were pleasantly surprised. The cheeseburgers are absolutely fantastic! My kids ordered the chicken wings and fries, and they declared it to be the best chicken they’ve ever had! This place is definitely a hidden gem! And I can't forget to mention the chocolate cake—it's so delicious!

Quick friendly affordable happy little city USA home cooking.... I can say I'll be back when I'm ever back in this town.
