we had a really terrible experience after we had several excellent meals here before. while the two plates we received were delicious, the service was shockingly bad: they lied about as the appetizer came wrong, the half of our table received their meals while we were sitting there waiting and not a server came by to check for 30 minutes until the other two were done, we had still got our meals because they were give... I had rhe Chicken parmigiano and a Caesar Cesar Salad with ziti. Honestly very good sauce , bit pricey for the amount of food delivered. I would probably try to go to the restaurant and see if the portions are better. but all in all I give 5 stars thank you
The Coke was regular instead of zero, and the pizza was cold even though it was only coming from a block away.
I received only part of my order, and the customer service was not very helpful in addressing the issue. They seemed reluctant to acknowledge their mistake and essentially suggested that I place a new order and wait for the next delivery. I’m unlikely to order from them again.
Wow, if you’re a fan of mushrooms, the Pappardelle is absolutely incredible!
Polpette was good! The lettuce for the salad was browning a bit
