I recently purchased 40 cupcakes and I made the poor decision to place the cupcake box in my backpack before riding my bike home. Needless to say, the cupcakes didn 't make them home in good shape. I called Sweets and the owner asked me to go back to the store (I drove my car! to see if she could repair them. After examining them, she decided to give me a brand new box of 40 cupcakes, for free!

Then after a few minutes, one of them answered a call while I s... read more Came in here and first thing I noticed was no one greeted me though I was the only one in there. Then after a few minutes, one of them answered a call while I stood there waiting on someone to acknowledge me. Finally a woman walks up, but was not warm or nice. I ordered a small cupcake and she put it in a paper bag with NO PACKAGING! I said wait the cupcake will be completely smashed and she shrugged her shoulders and said well ??‍. I said you don’t have any packaging for the cupcake and she said, “No.” So I said no thank you I’m going to pass, and she got upset that I did not finish my order. I was upset that she lacked warmth empathy, and does not know how to have the proper packaging for cupcakes. They need to work on their customer service and their packaging/branding.
