Fantastic food and service! My girlfriend and I just stopped in on a whim, and were treated to some of the best Indian cuisine we 've had in the area. One of my favorite Indian places, I was so sad to see it recently closed and has been replaced with a dental office. We are all just dust in the wind. Luckily, the sibling Karma Kafe down the street is up to taking the mantle as the best Indian in Hoboken. Food here was always excellent, particularly the Chicken Goa, a slightly tangy coconut masterpiece. Great naan and samosas as well. Even my family who can't tolerate spice (I must be adopted) found the chicken tikka out of this world. The recent closing just reminds us that time is a cruel mistress and nothing lasts forever.
The food was sublime. The atmosphere was serene. The service was excellent. Overall had an amazing time.

On top of all that, we were treated to complimentary naan and a small complimentary dessert, probably because it was very slow, but it was a great touch. We will definitely be going again. This will probably be our new 'regular ' Indian restaurant.
Excellent. And we had the buffet which we normally wouldn't. when we asked for the rice and nan to be replenished they brought us a fresh serving in a couple of minutes. Outstanding!
