This beach town hangout is fantastic. The food is great, but the drinks may be a bit pricey. They have live music entertainment all the time. I visited on a Sunday morning before church and enjoyed listening to a band called The Old Hippies. They sounded amazing and played some classics like "Puff the Magic Dragon". The prices for food are reasonable and the breakfast options are delicious and varied. I had a cold pi... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Harry And The Natives:
I always thought Harry's was a great place until I tried their food. I ordered the local breakfast and received two bland pancakes, scrambled eggs, and syrup that tasted old and watery. I couldn't even finish it and the rest of my table agreed that Harry's doesn't serve a good breakfast. I'll stick to eating at the Dixie Diner next door, where the food is much better. I am a native and must say I have never seen a restaurant so apathetic and separated from its customer base than it. I went regularly for live music; eating was not the reason for going. their menu points have no consistency from week to week. I stopped recommending friends because of inconvenience. eating is overpriced and running the mill...not to write home. I walked in, sitting and 30 minutes later someone can notice that I don't have a menu. with a few remarkable exceptions, the waiting staff is prone and seems to float around without making eye contact with customers. Unfortunately, the responsible guy is the least customer-friendly restorer I have ever experienced. the message I get when I go to harry’s really doesn’t matter when you are here. '
What an amazing place!! My family and I travel through Hobe Sound all the time, but have never stopped here. Today, we did and we are so sorry we waited so long to try them out. Rebecca, our server, was very sweet and very attentive. Had a beautiful smile and warm greeting. And the food.... Wow! It was incredible! I have just started to making Bison burgers at home, so I tried theirs. It was so juicy, cooked just right, and BIG! So much bigger then I was expecting. My husband got the ribs and he couldn't finish it all. Such big portions for a very reasonable price. And he's excited about having the rest of it for lunch tomorrow. This is a MUST SEE for anyone visiting or living in the Treasure Coast area. Not only because of the history behind it, but the food and service. Check them out!!
My wife has a trained service dog and every time we take him it’s 50 questions and harassment. He is clearly well behaved and trained. They also expect him to sit under the chair where he is unable to do his task. No other restaurant we have visited has given us so much grief. Will not return.
A wonderful eclectic family friendly local restaurant. Harry the Natives restaurant is a place to see located in Hope Sound, FL.. Very casual atmosphere with great food. They had a live band as well. I had a bison burger my friend Suzan had shrimp and grits. Definitely, a place to try.
Fun place for lunch. Bet dinner is great too. Friends have had breakfast said it's fabulous. Lots to look at.
