Domino's Pizza - Hobbs

We had a really bad experience with the delivery driver Tyler who drives a Red Honda for the Domino’s on Bender Blvd I was looking for my wallet and yelled I’m coming he didn’t wait longer than three minutes! I understand that it’s cold and that he had to walk up to the second floor but He called my cell phone and told me I had to go down to his car and get the food myself when he came up the second time and he knew I had the manager on the phone and lied about him being the manager also lied about saying that he had mentioned he has knee problems witch it’s a lie because I had him on speaker and my wife heard the call and he never mentioned that, I told him I didn’t want the food he started causing problems making a scene by yelling and all the neighbors finding out about the situation. We Spoke to Camille the store manager and she incredibly handled the problem By telling us that she would be the one to make the food because he mentioned that he had spit on our food. Camille was amazing and polite got the problem situated asap in the best possible way with great customer service.5 stars for Camille!!!0 stars for Tyler ?

They're prompt with completing the order, friendly and will correct any mistakes that they make without a fuss.Parking: The parking lot is a bit slow, it's at the corner of a busy intersection, but it's very easy to get in and out of, I've never seen it so busy a person couldn't slide in to pick up an order.Wheelchair accessibility: The way they have it set up, they seem to have kept the disabled in mind.

Sorry this starts so rude sounding, but I am definitely not used to quality dominos pizza, as my experiences in Houston and Pasadena TX have been horrendous, but THIS LOCATION NAILS EXACTLY WHAT EVERY DOMINOS SHOULD BE LIKE!!! Thank you!

I offered to pick up my brother's Domino's order from this location on 11/7/2023.I did so mainly just to go for a drive. Lol.But it saved it from fees and tips, so I'm happy to help.The customer service was very welcoming and efficient when I went to pick it up.The worst part is their location in correlation with the intersections and busy Grimes Street. Plus their parking lot wraps around with silly slanted parking lines...This Domino's unlike the second location on Joe Harvet Blvd has a dining area which seemed nice and clean with only a few patrons.The food was ready and hot well before their estimated timeframe which is greatly appreciated when the kids and their uncle are craving pizza and chicken wings!

Great pizza. The best around! Always use an online coupon to save money, because their pizza is pricey if u get a large with multiple toppings. Otherwise, go for the online special and get 2 mediums for $6.99 each.
