What chad gerle likes about Church's Chicken:
First the bad. Service was slow. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and they weren't busy. Finding a clean table was a challenge. The children was perfectly cooked. And the sweet tea was amazing. I love sweet tea and this was tops on my list for flavor and lack of grit. I gave a good review because the food and drink out weighed the negative by that much. The chicken was so oily I could only eat a few bites, and a lot of the breading seemed undercooked.Conversely, the fried okra was over cooked to the point it tasted burnt.The baked Mac Cheese was very mushy, and showed no signs of being baked, or even heated.
