What Pierre Crona doesn't like about Centennial Steakhouse:
They used to be a great place to eat, almost worth the terribly high prices. However, the last two or three times, the food has been terrible and made us sick. The casino is terrible as well. Many of the machines don?t work and they god rid of the ones that you had a chance in hell to win anything!! Not going back!!! View all feedback.
Our experience was very disappointing. I ordered the sea bass and had to return it because the fish had a strong ammonia-like odor. The waitress, at first, tried to say that all sea bass has that odor. It doesn't! I do not recommend this place at all.

Great place staying at the hotel so decided to eat at the restaurant glad I did.. food was excellent and staff was great. Will be returning

No, we had high hopes that this place would be worth the money. Typically, casinos offer delicious food to keep you around, right? Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience at Centennial Steakhouse. The only redeeming quality was the soup. The potatoes were overly salty, and while we ordered our steaks medium well, they arrived medium rare—tough to cut, hard to chew, and completely lacking in flavor. I couldn't even finish half of mine. We should have taken the hint when we noticed the sparse number of customers on a Saturday night. Save your money and choose a different restaurant. A definite pass from us.
