The food was cold, and the meat wasn't cooked the way I requested. I've loved this place for years, but after this visit in Hobbs, NM, I doubt I'll return.

She informed us that they were exper... read more After about 40 minutes, the manager, Monique, approached us in a rather rude manner when we calmly inquired about our wait. She informed us that they were experiencing IT issues in the kitchen. Although our experience had started off poorly, we had initially hoped for better service. However, it became increasingly frustrating to watch larger parties being seated ahead of us. Ultimately, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere. If it were possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would.
