What Aimé Renaud doesn't like about Vita: Nature + Culture:
We came here for lunch and we decided to come back with friends for dinner. The menu was small. The pate type dish was soft. The swordfish was cold and was served with a green sauce. Extras were additional of course. The bread was made on site and so was the butter although when asking for more butter you had to look very close to see it! Etties is fantastic.The food is special. As you eat you explore brilliant flavours and textures.We started with Oysters and followed this with a beet and quinoa salad and also roasted pumpkin.Then we had the pumpkin ravioloi and handmade gnocchi with truffle.Each dish explodes with flavours.
