Was able to book a booking in the last minute, although it is the worked Taco Tuesday. A bargain for only $ 10 for 2 Tacos and a housewife / cider / ale or sparkling. The chicken Tacos were in the proportion of generous compared to the drawn lamb and another favorite, the soft-crowned crab. Great tasting, especially with the Morsels of tender chicken meat. Unfortunately, they had already out of chicken ribs (12 piece... View all feedback.
What Burcu Baturalp doesn't like about The Mill on Morrison:
Maybe the worst restaurant experience of my life. You have forgotten my main atmosphere !!! What is that, actually! When I brought it to them, they were very defensive. I starved and everyone else with me
Table had a capital unless me. And you give me an attitude about it? Do not go there. Seriously. No authority or management staff, only a bunch of young students running around without guidance (and this was a Frida... View all feedback.
Impressed With the food service and mostly with the presentation.well done guys keep going on the good work.My next trip here i will make sure i have my food at your lovely place thanks again and see you soon
Mistake we weren't told there was a set menu for New Year's Eve when booking over the phone. Despite calling twice.Mistake when we sat and were presented with the set menu we decided to stay. Despite not being overly excited by the menu, but it was New Year's Eve and where else could we get a table at such late notice, and thought why not the food must be amazing for the price.Mistake choosing the steak as a main from the set menu.To then have the unexciting meals presented to us, olives (yawn), grilled asparagus (coulda cooked it at home), arancini balls (hard and bland), steak (tough and cheap cut of meat). We didn't even stay for dessert and left half a bottle of wine, made the excuse my partner was feeling unwell and left.Just couldn't stomach another mouthful and another disappointment (dessert was churros again yawn). When you're paying a head you'd just expect much better quality of food, the steak should melt in your mouth for example, and the options should be more adventurous. Big big fail.I went to this place a few years back and loved it. Last time was a set menu (by choice) and it was just awful, this time it was a set menu (enforced) and again awful. They didn't even offer to reduce the cost given we left before the end of the set menu. Guess we coulda told them how awful it was but better to vote with our feet and make sure others don't make the same mistakes on here
