Thanks to the wonderful owner and his offsider. Coffee was good, my sisters Long Black kept the best she had in Australia. In addition, her roasted sandwich was considered a gift of the gods. We had not stopped for two weeks and sometimes they just want a toastie. Outstanding. My Piccolo Tab too. This little coffee shop is a hidden gem of Salamanca. I was intrigued by the hot chocolate menu, which was served with either rum or chilli. We ordered the dirty chai, soy mocha, flat white, and the orange and almond cake. Everything was delicious. Parkland espresso reminds me of Knight [one of my favourite coffee shop] in Sydney.
