However, the cheese was not delivered as promised and on request we found the lost plate itself lying forlorn and forget the far end of the bar. not good....read more

I asked the bartender for some bright and sweet guts. they made something with fresh lemon, maulberry juice and local poltergeist gin, which was so good, we delayed our dinner reservation so that I could have another! our only complaining is that it is absolutely ice cold in no heating or fire sitting next to and the leather seats made it feel even colder. add some room heating and it will get a rating when we are.

Sooo good on a rainy or cold day to be cosyvand sheltered from weather but be warmed by the sun through atrium and watch the weather unfold in comfort!! Service with a smile and something for everyone on menu, even great for a sneaky wine in the afternoon and both menu and space is kid and pram friendly. Oh and the range of retail tassie goodies in providore is diverse and authentic, honey, wine, truffle salt, Chocolates, nuts, sauces, lollies and jam of course! Superb combination!
