Cute, terrace style cafe quieter end of Elizabeth Street. Good authentic, simple food, done very well in a beautiful setting at a good price. I really enjoyed the steep staircase and the exposed convict brick walls. Broccholi, potato leek soup with quality sourdough bread was great too! View all feedback.

beautiful cozy atmosphere. friendly service. good lighting to relax for work interruptions. the snacks on the display seem good. I came for coffee, quite strong for me and the aftertaste lingering aroma. View all feedback.

Good fixed breakfast choice with good coffee. easy to handle with the iron but nothing to complain. I loved the sourdough toast.

Island espresso is a cute and unique coffee shop that is not far from the city center of hobart. family owned and run, island espressos friendly and friendly staff make the morning cup coffee a pleasant experience. the coffee not only tastes great, but the cozy and relaxing environment in which it is served is delightful. I can highly recommend a cup coffee and a bite to eat in this rustic and bubbly coffee shop.
Look no further this place is a gem. Coffee was perfect for jaded Sydneysider. Build your own breakfast a smart idea. And finally the service warm and friendly. Our waitress was truly lovely. Simply the best.
