Hobart Workers Club

I stopped for dinner on a Friday night because the Shamrock was too crowded and that was close. I ordered the pork roast and found it well prepared and delicious. Also the parts were bigger than what I was used. The service was good... and the atmosphere was typical pub, lively and congenial. Overall, I had a good meal and would definitely recommend.

While the restaurant may not be visually stunning, the meal was delicious and satisfying. The service was prompt, with the option to choose from two different portion sizes - the medium size was generously large.

The restaurant is well-organized, the bar staff (especially Steve) are very friendly. Chef Ben provides exceptional service and the food is excellent. We have never had a bad meal and the prices are perfect for those on a budget. I will definitely return when I am in Hobart again.

They really welcomed us here. The menu is affordable and varied. Good portions. You can even play a kind of lotto while you eat which was fun. Only warning is be sure to order your puddings early because kitchen closed very promptly and nobody tells...you so we missed out on puddings.
