My friends and I had a ball at Cascade. The tour was very informative, led by an affable and passionate guide. I also thought the value was great, considering the fee included 4 x beer or cider samples each. We soaked up the alcohol with some snacks, and enjoyed the jazz band playing on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. Absolutely beautiful gardens, ideal for a wedding or party. View all feedback.

read moreA visit to Cascade Brewery in Hobart offers a mix of experiences, from long waits for food to delicious bar snacks and a wide selection of beers. The brewery itself may not be as impressive as some in Australia, but the gardens are beautiful and provide a lovely setting to enjoy a meal and drinks. The pub food is solid, with options like club sandwiches and lamb skewers, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, Cascade Brewery is a fun place to visit, especially on a nice day when you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
