We opted for the tasting menu, and the food was unlike anything I've ever experienced, with impeccable service to match. The atmosphere was fantastic as well! We had an amazing dinner at Aloft thanks to Christian and the rest of the team. The menu was outstanding with fantastic flavors and high-quality food. A special shout out to our waiter, Brontë, who made the evening unforgettable with her warm welcome, knowledge about the food, and enthusiastic service.

I had the pleasure of dining here last Friday, the 15th, during my visit to Tasmania for Targa Tasmania 2016, and I absolutely loved it! Thank you for our window seat; the view over the water was breathtaking. I highly recommend ordering a variety of dishes to share, as the menu features many small plates or you might even opt for the banquet. I will definitely be returning!
