Staff is always friendly, food is ALWAYS fresh! They haven't had any salmon lately (my favorite), but that pushed me to try other items. Everything I've had has been spectacular (shoutout to the cooks)! The resturant itself is very tidy. For the price of the food here, it's definitely worth it! View all feedback.

Pho is probably my favorite food. I've been to at least 20 different restaurants that serve pho. I drove 25 minutes to get here as it was one of the closest pho joints near my hotel. Nothing was good about this pho. I hate to say this, but it was just plain bad. Chicken was cold, dry and huge slices. They use beef broth no matter what pho was ordered, even the vegetarian and the both lacked favor. It's not a Vietname... View all feedback.
Boba tasted chalky in the middle. Jasmine tea was good though
I got a fruit tea. It was healthy and yummy. They had an environmentally friendly lid on my drink, which I appreciated. It's a beautiful restaurant and the service was very friendly.
Pho Hoa until today was my go to pho restaurant in the area. I don't know what changed, but the Broth has become flavorless beef Broth, Lemons instead of limes, the teas aren't even the good flavor. It tastes like they started dumping in coffee Creamer to the Thai tea.Whatever the change is, I now revise my prior rating to a 1.
The meat tasted off, the broth was bland and flavorless, the milk tea tasted like straight coffee creamer with no tea in it unfortunately this location has been super inconsistent and I probably won't be returning.
