04/10/22 1145ish. I came and ordered 3 pizzas and some wings. In the time I waited, only two women who worked at that time were so fast thinking that there were four of them. They also dealt with 14 high energy 21 year old children who treat the branch like a hangout, tried to walk in the back of the shop and what not. These two women are the real MVPs and if you read the shop owner, they need an increase. Thank you.

I tried to order an online pick-up 40 minutes before completion in Hobart, IN. Unfortunately, the computer said online order was not in this place. My husband went to the store and called me at 10:40 to tell me that the store said they were no longer in-store orders, but you could still order online. We tried to order online again after we told the manager that the online system said we could not order. Finally, the... View all feedback.
I was charged for the best paprika, but the lady took the regular pepperoni. I didn't know until I came home and noticed it was the wrong one. In addition, the best is usually in another box. They usually make it on site because the best pizza is rarely ever in the warmer. So disappointed!
This is the worst place. Eating is bad, and Lady and Lady really hated. Your attitude complains about our refund. Said she had kids too. They say you need patient girl you need. Pizza is not hot and ready
I waited 45 minutes for my pizza after ordering on the app. All I ordered was a $5 cheese pizza. In addition to that, the employee was eating on top of the cardboards where our pizzas go. The young man placed his phone and his bag of chips directly on top of the unfolded box. After eating and not washing his hands he took my pizza out of the oven and placed it on the Box and touched it.
Went by there today to get an order of crazy bread. I ended up standing there for like 20 minutes waiting for something that should only take 8 minutes to cook fresh. There were also a few other people waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their food as well and had small orders like me or just a couple pizzas. And while standing there waiting I'm also listening to the store phone blowing up and no one answering it and also watching mine and other people's food sit on the table getting cold after being taken out of the oven and they weren't even that busy but they were all in the back doing who knows what. Which by the time I got my food and went home, my food was pretty much cold and I live literally 5 minutes down the road. I understand the work economy right now and stuff, but as a former shift lead supervisor for Little Caesars I'm disappointed with this store. I've had the same amount of people they had today (3-4) working day shift and be more busy than what I saw today and still got customer's orders out in a timely fashion. Pizzas take 8 minutes through the oven and bread about 8-10 min depending if it cooked evenly.. I know all the cook times for everything in the store, There is no excuse for the amount of time that me and the other customers had to wait for our food bc the current day staff doesn't care about their jobs. Management and/or the owner really needs to do something, bc this store has TOO MANY bad reviews. I probably won't be returning to this store bc aside from the ridiculous wait time, the store was filthy too.
I understand that there are staffing issues in the country right now but you could at least train your employees to acknowledge a customer when they walk in. There's a bell on the door for a reason. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to even be spoken to. The store wasn't even busy. It's especially frustrating for delivery drivers who could be better spending their time picking up orders from places that will acknowledge them when they walk in.
