The staff is nice. The food is also good. However, the cutlery isn't complete. We had to use a mix of disposable fork and stainless spoon.

Good place for a quick bite. Cheap prices. Chicken is really ready better than KFC in my opinion. Lovely chips! Staff are a little slow with service, but for what you pay it's fast food so can't expect much more

While the chicken is good, the operations and management staff need better customer service training. I ordered a combo from the menu: 3 peice chicken, regular side, regular drink. I got the 3 pieces and drink. No sides. When I questioned the management about it she said it's an old menu. The menu says nothing about the change and clearly the manager wasn't interested in what I had to say. The person who took my order didn't even mention the change. But then, that's how business is done here. But a global corporation should have better business standards.

Most of the time we are happy with the food but yesterday we ordered by grab delivery. One chicken set with Milo. We not sure the chciken or the Milo. My Aunt been sick since yesterday till now. After she finish the meal with Milo the symptoms started locking in not even 20 minutes in. Please make sure your food and drinks are fresh everyday and we hope this does not happen to more people

The location is good. there is a parking visitor. the staff is nice. eating is very tasty. we went there on a Wednesday, they offer buy 1 take 1 on a 2 piece chicken with drink meal.
