L'usine Dong Khoi - Ho Chi Minh city

My first time here I can say that this café/restaurant has made a good job to impress me with their ingenious eating. I love what I ordered for brunch, but I forgot the name haha, the potato pancakes or something, really good, mixed with a spinach, avocado and sink. the coconut crossover that I ordered to drink also makes me great at this place. they have 2 room, inside and outside, decoration is cool, the high dach makes the caffe spacious and comfortable.

The place is inspiring. though there are many seats, but always crowded. there is a good business and good to have a look. the menu is limited for sandwiches, steaks and pasta, but clean and tasty.

Great brunch place. eating was delicious, especially the crab avacado toast with caviar. the service was attentive and the ambiente was very cozy. recommended place to bring her laptop and work for a few hours.

Stays in tune with the L’usine model, great service, delicious vegan and vegetarian options along with cold cocose! very good brunch and Bubbly offers! not sure whether they were catchy plastic straws at the bar area; but L’Usine has never used plastics. I was surprised because they are usually a catchy plastic free zone.

I've known and been to this place for 5 years or so. The time it still belonged to the sister owners. Then they sold the brand to some big F&B company. Still good carrot cake, size of the slice is getting smaller ... Their space is getting smaller and smaller with every renovation. It was from 3 rooms to 2 and now only 1 room where the kitchen is located. No shop, only cafe now.
