Lady working the window was friendly but she was taking only one order at a time, having them pull around, filling the order, then taking the next. This makes the computer show fast service however it is good way to cheat the system.
This restaurant is one of the cleanest and quickest restaurants we have visited. The location is convenient, especially for campers at Chest Frost Park. I highly recommend this place.
I stop by every morning! I always get two cookies and two drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, providing the best service I've ever experienced. The cookies and ice creams are absolutely delicious, I can't get enough!
I had one of the best steak and biscuits that I would hope for this morning. I asked for a dollop of gravy on my steak biscuit and they were very accommodating and did this for me. It was delicious!
No matter what location of Jack's we visit, the service and the food are always great! This location has wonderful customer service people and the food was fresh! Nice rocking chairs on the porch too!!!

Visited Jake's today 9/15/22. Got two combo meals and a piece of chicken with mash potatoes. Got down the road just a little bit and burger buns where hard as a rock so turned around and went back. Went in to get them to fix two more but said we need areceipt. The girl in drive thru didn't give us one. Clayton the kid manager was rude. So that will be the last time we go there.Very disappointed
Jacks offers a better breakfast experience. The food is good, although lacking consistency, they provide a better dinning room with a hostess, a large screen TV, and a fireplace. Like many fast food restaurants their restrooms are well designed,
This is likely the worst Jack's location in all of Chattanooga. The service here is incredibly slow. A few weeks ago, I waited 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru for dinner for my wife and me, but I thought it might just be an off night because of the storm. However, I returned tonight and decided to go inside. I stood in line for 20 minutes to place my order, then waited another 15 minutes for my food. While I was there, seven customers walked out rather than wait. I understand that many places are struggling with staffing, but Jack's really needs to improve.
I had never been to Jack's before and decided to give it a try since I was heading out to a movie and wanted a quick bite. There were only two cars in the drive-thru and the inside was nearly empty with just one person in line at the counter. Surprisingly, there were seven employees behind the counter. After the person in front of us placed their order, we patiently waited for about five minutes, but no one came back to take our order or even acknowledge us with an update. Frustrated, we ended up leaving without trying Jack's. Is it just me, or has fast food service everywhere, except for Chick-fil-A, really declined?
The chicken nuggets were excellent—crispy without being greasy and perfectly seasoned. The milkshakes are fantastic, made with Mayfield ice cream. They’re incredibly thick and creamy.
