Got down the road just a little bit and burger buns where hard as a rock so turned around and went back. Went in to get them to fix two more but said we need areceipt. The girl in drive thru didn't give us one. Clayton the kid manager was rude. So that will be the last time we go there.Very disappointed

This makes the computer show fast service however it is good way to cheat the system.

A few weeks ago, I waited 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru for dinner for my wife and me, but I thought it might just be an off night because of the storm. However, I returned tonight and decided to go inside. I stood in line for 20 minutes to place my order, then waited another 15 minutes for my food. While I was there, seven customers walked out rather than wait. I understand that many places are struggling with staffing, but Jack's really needs to improve.

There were only two cars in the drive... read more I had never been to Jack's before and decided to give it a try since I was heading out to a movie and wanted a quick bite. There were only two cars in the drive-thru and the inside was nearly empty with just one person in line at the counter. Surprisingly, there were seven employees behind the counter. After the person in front of us placed their order, we patiently waited for about five minutes, but no one came back to take our order or even acknowledge us with an update. Frustrated, we ended up leaving without trying Jack's. Is it just me, or has fast food service everywhere, except for Chick-fil-A, really declined?
