What Justin Henderson doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I've never encountered such poor service at Papa John’s before. I intend to share my experience on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and I will also reach out to their district manager. This is the third time this has happened at this location, and I realize I shouldn't keep giving them chances. I've wasted valuable time on my Saturday night when I could have been enjoying timely delivery from a place like Papa John’... View all feedback.
I always order on line. I love walking in and pushing my code and grabbing my pizza.. The employees work hard at the 153 location..
Ridiculous that you can?t even speak to someone that is at the actual store. Their pizza is better but it is bar none one of the worst customers service experience?s you will ever have. Someone needs to get a hold of it before it all crashes
We’ve given this location multiple opportunities to impress us, but each time they find a new way to let us down. We were okay with waiting the estimated 90 minutes for our delivery, but now we’re nearing 2 hours. The tracker indicates that our pizza has been ready at the store for 45 minutes. After years of ordering from them, it's time to say goodbye. Domino's in Lakesite, TN has lost its way. I strongly recommend avoiding this location!
We used to spend between $70 and $100 a week at your store, but that has now changed. The employees you have hired seem disinterested and not willing to do their jobs. Their attitudes are either rude or indifferent. Last night, I attempted to place a phone order, but the person who answered was clearly distracted and suggested I use the app instead, without addressing the fact that the app wasn’t accepting orders for your location. Frustrated, we decided to take our business elsewhere, and we will continue to do so. Sincerely, A dissatisfied customer.
First of all, this Domino's is typically quite busy and often short on delivery drivers, so sometimes it takes a while for your orders to arrive. If you're looking for quicker service, I recommend picking it up yourself—it's that simple. I live about 15 minutes away from the location and in a third-floor apartment, making my delivery a 30-minute round trip, so I completely understand that it takes time. My orders are always accurate and well-cooked, and the staff is really nice. The manager, Sam, is great too!
