Hillmans Burger Co - Hitchin

I have been longing to visit this place since returning to the US, and I have already been there three times in the last three weeks.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with their American-inspired menu. I tried the diner chicken burger, fries, cheeseburger, and a salad with a unique dressing that was a mix of ranch and another flavor. I highly recommend it!

After visiting a blues bar, we were looking for a place to have a late dinner. A security guard recommended The Diner to us.
