What User doesn't like about Matsusaka Maruyoshi Kamada-honten:
(Trip was made back then on 22 Nov 2019, 2 years before the Covid-19 Pandemic hit) The objective of our Kansai trip 2 years ago was to try the top 3 best Wagyu in Japan and our first stop was in Ise for Matausaka Wagyu. Although we didn’t break the bank for the meal, it still cost a pretty penny. It was still cheaper compared to the Kobe Wagyu reservation we made in Kobe Prefecture. For the price we’re paying, we’d expect more care should have been taken to prepare and present the Wagyu to us, instead of serving like a casual dining style restaurant. How’d it taste? Very casual style restaurant standard. Was the steak good, yeah…was it worth the money, definitely not.
