Koshida - Hiroshima

Really great looks like a very local place so not many Google reviews, but loads on Foursquare. They speak good English and my vegetarian order was really good I would come back happy.

Great meal, staff works hard and constant, beer is cheap enough. Fun watching though I'd think about skipping the octopus, it was a bit difficult. Shrimp was super excellent.

Great food, friendly staff, English menu and something you can only get in Japan. Very recommended for those in the area, my group went after our day spent in the museums and monuments in Hiroshima. The staff was very attentive and spoke English well enough to order what we wanted. The seats are limited so that this would be difficult to go with a party of 4 or more during the rush. We all loved our meal and the atmosphere of the place.

Had a wonderful night with friends, watched the delightful performance of the cook and wonderful food. We're coming back!

Delicious Okonomiyaki fit for a King's tastebuds for the price of a prince's meal. The food is delicious, well worth a trip but also a little small for the price. I could easily down 2 1000 yen pankakes and have room for dessert. They have an English menu as well. It's got a really fun and local atmosphere and because it's open until 3 am, you can have the experience past the time other shops offer. The noodles, sauce, egg, and all other ingredients compliment each other to make a pancake that is unusually delicious. Feel free to ask for more sauce as well. Highly highly recommended, but just be ready to pay for it.
