Menu items eaten: white miso negi ramen, red miso negi ramen, pork kakuni rice, special negi gyoza. Noodle portion: 0.85 times the normal amount at a regular restaurant. I think the pork kakuni rice and gyoza are delicious. Soup: - White miso ramen: white miso + garlic - Red miso ramen: red miso + pork bone The white miso ramen has a strong garlic flavor. The red miso ramen, as explained on the menu, seems to be blended with pork bone, but the strong red miso taste overpowers it, making the flavor a bit one-dimensional and easy to get bored of. Noodles: The noodles leave a forgettable impression, leading to a lower satisfaction while eating the ramen. Ingredients: I think the chashu is tasty, but the minced meat and pork belly in the red miso have a lower quality, giving off a slightly unpleasant smell when eaten. There are also chewy cartilage pieces included. The long negi lacks freshness, possibly indicating a quality issue with the nearby supermarket rather than the restaurant itself.

The restaurant was great. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it.

The white miso ramen is recommended. The soup has a smooth and mellow flavor that pairs well with the noodles. However, it was just delicious...no other standout elements. Personally, I would give it a 3.9 out of 5.
