Zaxby's - Hiram
Zaxby's
Description
Recent visits to Zaxby’s have left diners with a myriad of disappointments, despite a few highlights. Numerous patrons reported unsettling experiences, including gnats in drinks and subpar food quality; soggy fries and dry chicken sandwiches were frequently mentioned. While service at times showed promise—especially with attentive staff members like Maurice—communication barriers, especially with bilingual assistance, can frustrate customers. Many feel that the restaurant prioritizes profit over quality, leading to inconsistency in both food and service. As a result, it seems diners are left longing for a more reliable dining experience.

Wife goes here alot, but today they were off forgetting multiple items i ordered and i didnt want to go back after i made it home. No sauce for egg rolls, paid for extra salad dressing and I didnt get it, and didnt get my daughters apple juice in her kids meal. ?
Food was just okay. My chicken sandwich was dry and looked like it was left out on a heater or something. And the boneless wings didn’t have enough sauce on them. I mean it tasted good, but it could’ve been better. Service was good, and probably one of the cleanest zaxby’s I’ve ever seen.
Maurice at the Hiram store in GA gave me exceptional service with a great attitude especially after I asked certain crew members to wash their hands after cleaning I got a bit of an attitude from one of the front line females but Maurice had no problem with it was very polite and smiled making me feel appreciated This is my favorite location we need more employees like Maurice Go Eagles
Service was great. We had a party of 6 and I loved that they brought our order to the
Then she called someone who supposedly spoke Spanish, but when he found out it was to translate for my husband, he sighed and told my husband in Spanish, “I don’t speak much Spanish.” This made my husband too embarrassed to ask for what he actually wanted, so he just ordered something simpler for them to understand. I’ve encountered many English speakers who are always willing to use the little Spanish they know to assist others, so it’s disappointing to see someone who refuses to help a fellow Hispanic person in need. While I understand that many people are raised here, that doesn’t justify embarrassing someone who is trying their best to learn. I used to think that no one would genuinely struggle to understand broken English, but unfortunately, this experience proved me wrong.
