This morning, as I was leaving town, I waited for my complete order for 10 minutes. I understand that they are doing their best during these uncertain times, but the restaurant feels more like a fast food joint than a sit-down dining establishment. Huge fan of panera! unfortunately this time was not a great experience with the quality of food. Received a Greek salad with the wrong kind of olives and lettuce was wilted and brown.
I regularly come by purchasing some food in here. I loved the swift customer service and well cooked dishes. Keep it up.
Didn't have the ordered bread, so randomly selected bread without consulting me. When I requested different bread, they smashed my sandwiches. The salad greens were rotten. The cookie was stale. Never had such a terrible Panera experience, ever.
Cashier is nice but the service is veeeery slow. Have been waiting for order (sandwich +soup) for about 20 minutes. Also they missed avocado in my chipotle chicken „avocado” melt sandwich.
