Wingstop - Hinesville

Waited at the corner for 5 minutes to be served. many employees looked at me and ignored me. obviously they didn't want to do their jobs. that was my first time I tried a wingstop and it will be my last.

Miss Tanya the store manager is fabulous she is breathtaking to the store. My food was hot and ready to go Miss Tanya told me 20 minutes I was there in 25 and it was hot and delicious

Called in a order and was told 25 mins. I get there about 25 mins. I waited for 30 mins waiting for my order while most of the staff went on break. They literally had 10 people at the register with no one talking there order.

They're so slow. And fries are always floppy, never any crisp to them. Wings are ok. Thigh bites are ok. But it always always takes longer than the quoted time.

Whoever the manager is that works there daily has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a “wing stop.” Every time I come in there she has so much to say, like lady just give me my food. It’s loud I can barely hear what your saying but your attitude is not needed. Definitely could do with you when i get my chicken. Thanks
