Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Hinesville

I?ve ordered two drinks within the past two weeks, and they?ve both been horrible. They definitely aren?t blending the smoothies correctly, I was getting chunks of every leafy vegetable included in my drink through the straw. Couldn?t finish either drink, on both occasions. Can?t set myself up to be let down a third time!

This place needs a better management. The food is tasty and they have good products. But, there's always something and I'm a weekly customer. They are out of straws (in a smoothie store), they usually don't have some sauces, avocado, fruits. Today the issue was exact change only and the whole staff were celebrating a Bday. There's always something.

I usually don't write reviews but had to take a moment to give a shout out to Isaiah. Yesterday, was our first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe but we decided to give it a try. Isaiah took our order and was patient with us as we figured out what smoothies we wanted to order. After we received our orders, we didn't like them because honestly they were waterery and you couldn't taste the flavors of the fruit. Isaiah listened to our concerns and went over and above to ensure that our expectations were met and remade them personally. His customer service was impeccable and we left having a fabulous experience and amazing smoothies. Thanks so much Isaiah for ensuring that we were satisfied.

I?ll start out and say their food is amazing and I?m not one to write bad reviews. But every single time we order they?re out of something pesto sauce, apples, chips, strawberries. It?s honestly insane. This last time we just ordered two smoothies in the app for pickup. We get there and get told they don?t have strawberries. Fair enough, we just wanted to cancel and get a refund. But apparently they don?t have the capability to give you a refund even if they?re out of whatever it is you ordered. This is absolutely nothing against the employees. They?ve always been polite and I?ve never had a bad experience on that side of things. But there definitely needs to be some crazy change with how they track and order inventory.

Came in a few minutes before close was still greeted with a warm welcome. Rare in the industry. Lettie made sure we got our food fast. It was very delicious! Thanks to her and her team , we will be coming again! 10/10
