They really need to flip some of the shifts, that morning shift is hit or miss and make sure you check that order they will leave something out.

Employees shouldn?t take it out on the customers when their system is down. It is just as an inconvenience on the customer as it is on the employees. Terrible customer service. Tall white lady working on Thurs 4/7 at 6:48 pm is rude saying she?s been telling people for the last five minutes it was cash only but I?ve seen it where one register will take cash and not the other, so how was I supposed to know? I?m a business owner here in Hinesville and would never hire someone that is angry with the world and showing it.

I love that Parker's always has healthy, fresh snacks for my breakfast lunch stops. Today I was greeted by an exceptional employee. This woman was friendly offered to grab me a fork for my fruit (which I was an idiot didn't think about). Overall, she was real the perfect example of what an employee in this service should be.

This location has recently expanded the number of pumps available to keep up with the increased traffic in the area. The store also got an upgrade to include indoor seating..it looks much nicer after these improvements. The coffee is always hot and ready when I go in and they have a wide creamer selection to meet anyone's needs.

My son went there to get has today after his 12 hr work shift ended. He is 19. His door handle broke and his keys and cell phone got locked in the car. Employees would not let him use the phone to call me or anyone for help. He had to keep asking the customers there until someone finally let him use thier phone. Thank you to whoever this was. Will never visit this Parkers again or recommend.
