They closed the garage, pushed my car off the forecourt, cleared everything up, brought hot chocolates and Percy pigs out to my children, organised a recovery truck to pick up the car and offered me the use of a car to take the kids home. Couldn’t have asked for kinder people. Thank you everyone :

But service left a lot to be desired (16/12 07 30) I observed a more mature member of staff arguing with a colleague about a coffee order. Not great in front of a queue of customers.
