Diamond Star Seafood And Yum Cha Chinese

Long time customer, never back! I and my family of 6 have been here for many years. we will never return, thanks to this old lady on the switch! they are super nice when they order the lobster or spend big, but today I have only ordered the lunch special and rennetwork. I called at 10 a.m., she said she was coming in 20 minutes. I came to pay at 10:15 a.m. and the young lady at the desk said the cook won't arrive until 10:30 a.m. I said that's okay, I'm gonna cancel. I can't wait until 10:30 a.m. and then 20 minutes, I have to get back to work. the old lady intervenes and says the reisnudel is almost ready. she checks, said it won't be long and then goes on to take payment, but I forget cash for the 10% off yum cha, so I tell her I only have card. She tells me the card payment is $20? my first order was $20, but there is no cook to prepare the rest of my order. tells me to go down the stairs and take the money out of the breath. I said no, it's good that I'm gonna cancel all this job. then she says that they take the card payment this time and costs $11.05 instead of the $10.80 on the menu.(card supplement included)5 minutes later she brings the food and I notice that there is no chili sauce, so I ask and she tells me chili sauce is extra and I have no money to pay (she is condescending at this point). I am frustrated, because before we spent $100 and ordered the same extra dish on the side and still have the chili sauce included or even if we ask. she tells me she'll charge $5.00 for chili sauce when I pay with the card!? I'm past this point and tell her to give me a refund, I don't want to eat it. she cries and tells me, no refund and will charge me $2.00 now. the old dame is the only one that is in dispute, rude and has very bad customer service, but the rest was only convenient because of the situation, its no loss to me or my family never back! green valley is only on the road and has better customer service!

The food is really delicious, always happy to eat there

Recently moved to the area and came for yumcha on a Saturday morning. To my disappointment, the food here tasted like microwaved dimsims from Coles' frozen section. Probably tastes fine if you're not a yumcha-enthusiast.

Fantastic restaurant. The food is sensational. It's definatetly worth visiting this restaurant once a month a for fine dining, before going to the movies. I went to this restaurant on mothers day. The nicest Chinese restaurant I visited. My favourite dish is the sizzling chicken hot plate fried . Delicious food reasonably priced.

Delivery was over 1 hr to arrive and then we were short an item and called to advise and was abused by the the person on the phone to say we were wrong .. will never order from there ever again poor customer service!! And the food was not hot!!
