The legendary landmark dining and bar venue is still going strong after at least 40 years that I am aware of. I popped in for a coffee as I was in the area and then ended up having dinner after my friend suggested looking at the menu. We really enjoyed those crispy thin base pizzas. They have excellent specials during the week, that is definitely going to keep us coming back for more!

The waitress then told us about the specials and it was to crazy and a no brainer to grab the very reasonable or crazy low special. I had a Bacon, Brie and Cranberry pizza and my friend had a pasta. A most enjoyable meal and I shall certainly rush back there to have another special before it ends. We were wondering if it is still the same owners after all these years. The place was clean, service was good and food was great and even better due to affordability. You would be crazy not to try it! Enjoy as much as we did.
Lovely place. Good service. The lemon meringue slice was scrumptious. Crumbed chicken breast was tasty. The chips were really good. I would definitely go back. Not badly priced either.
Surprisingly good food, had fish and chips, look forward to trying the mussel pot next time. Butternut squash soup was amazing.
Loved the atmosphere, place is clean and food is wonderful.
